1. Using this App

Your use of this App is subject to the following terms and conditions that you agree to with the installation and use of the App. You may only use this App for the purpose for which the App is developed, which is primarily information exchange with PeopleTrust or equivalent systems.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to the App is correct. Emini A/S reserves the right to delete information provided/entered by you in the system if Emini A/S assesses that content and use are in violation of the legislation/applicable standards.

2. Who is the data controller?

You are the data controller in relation to the personal data registered in the App. Emini A/S is a data processor in relation to the information entered.

3. Generally about processing your personal information

When you use the App, we register your Name, Phone Number and Email, work shifts, (Article 6), possibly Picture, (Article 9), and pass on the information you may have registered with third parties.

4. Purpose and disclosure

The overall purpose of the App is to collect and register work shifts, picture, and the disclosure of information that you may have registered with a third party. The following information is disclosed to PeopleTrust or equivalent systems:

Your work shifts, (Article 6), possibly your picture and contact information, (article 9), your works shift preferences, and possible answers to various forms or the like.

The information registred can be shared with the third parties that you have chosen to connect to Staffz yourself. In relation to work shifts it can be used to ensure that you are not offered work during the periods when you are already admitted.

5. Storage period

The app stores your data until you don't want to be registered in the App anymore. For inactivity for more than 12 months, you will be asked to renew your desire to continue to be a registered user of the App. If you do not respond positively to this you will be deleted. You will always be able to re-create yourself.

6. Your rights

You always have the option of uninstalling the App, no longer connecting to PeopleTrust. You always have the opportunity to rectify the information you have registered yourself or seek correction from the third parties from whom the app exchanges information.
